Accounting & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Role Description
Andres O’Neil & Lowe Insurance Agency is currently seeking candidates for a part-time Accounting/Administrative position. Primary responsibilities for this position include managing the day-to-day accounts payable process, assisting with payroll processing, backup for deposits, entering cash receipts, and other accounts receivable items, assisting with HR administrative tasks, and assisting with other administrative accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Schooling: High school or equivalent
- Degree: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
