    Accounting & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

    Role Description

    Andres O’Neil & Lowe Insurance Agency is currently seeking candidates for a part-time Accounting/Administrative position. Primary responsibilities for this position include managing the day-to-day accounts payable process, assisting with payroll processing, backup for deposits, entering cash receipts, and other accounts receivable items, assisting with HR administrative tasks, and assisting with other administrative accounting projects as needed.

    • Part-time
    • 20 hours per week
    • Pay: From $14 per hour
    • In person

     

    Qualifications

    • Proficient using Microsoft Suite
    • Schooling: High school or equivalent
    • Degree: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong inclination towards teamwork, and a genuine passion for assisting clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
    • Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing questions.
    • Educate clients on insurance products and services, helping them understand their coverage options.
    • Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Process new insurance applications and renewals, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
    • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organization and attention to detail.
    • Able to work independently and in teams.
    • Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
    • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
